These Terms of Service (hereinafter "this Agreement" or "Terms") govern your rights and obligations when downloading, installing, accessing, and using the AI AntiVir: Phone Security mobile application (hereinafter "this App" or "AI AntiVir") and its related services. AI AntiVir is a professional Safari content blocker and privacy protection tool designed specifically for iOS devices.

Before using this App, you must carefully read all terms and conditions in this Agreement. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you disagree with any terms of this Agreement, please do not use this App.

1. Definitions

• "App" refers to the AI AntiVir: Phone Security mobile application provided and operated by the AI AntiVir Team.

• "Service" refers to all features, content, tools, and technical support provided through this App.

• "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that downloads, installs, accesses, or uses this App.

• "We," "Our," or "AI AntiVir Team" refers to the developer and provider of this App.

• "Safari Content Blocker Technology" refers to the Safari browser content blocking technology framework provided by the Apple iOS operating system.

2. Grant of License and Scope of Use

2.1 Limited License: Subject to your strict compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download, install, and use this App on any compatible iOS device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Service Offerings: This App primarily provides Safari web content blocking functionality (including but not limited to blocking advertisements, trackers, annoying elements, social components, certain stylesheets, comments sections, and adult content) as well as a suite of practical utilities (such as password generator, QR code scanner, URL parameter cleaner, short link expander, clipboard formatter, text counter, and internet speed test).

3. User Commitments and Code of Conduct

3.1 Lawful Use: You commit to using this App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, this Agreement, and related policies.

3.2 Prohibited Activities: You shall not and commit not to:
* Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of this App without authorization.
* Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from this App.
* Use this App for any illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or infringing purpose.
* Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal operation, servers, or network connectivity of this App.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this App or related systems or networks.
* Use this App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the AI AntiVir servers or networks.
* Publish, distribute, or otherwise transmit any materials containing viruses, worms, Trojans, or other malicious code through this App.

3.3 Data Accuracy: Should this App provide features requiring users to submit information in the future, you shall ensure that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

4. Subscription Services and Fees

4.1 Subscription Model: Certain premium features of this App may require subscription to access. All subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store.

4.2 Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All payments are processed by Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions. We do not directly process or store your payment information.

4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are typically set to renew automatically. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.

4.4 Free Trials: If this App offers a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial will immediately expire when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership: This App and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, videos and audio, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the AI AntiVir Team, its licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Trademarks: The name "AI AntiVir," its logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, design elements, and slogans are trademarks of the AI AntiVir Team or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks in any form without the prior written permission of the AI AntiVir Team.

6. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

6.1 No Warranties: This App and all services provided are furnished "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any implied warranty arising out of course of performance. The AI AntiVir Team does not warrant that this App will meet all your requirements, that its operation will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this App or the servers that provide it are free of viruses or other harmful components.

6.2 Content Blocking Limitations: This App relies on Safari Content Blocker technology to provide its services. While we endeavor to maintain and update our extensive rule database to ensure accuracy and effectiveness, we do not guarantee that all advertisements, trackers, or annoying elements will be completely blocked, nor do we guarantee against false positives or false negatives. The display, loading speed, and blocking effectiveness of web content are subject to the inherent limitations of Safari Content Blocker technology, the continuous evolution of website structures, and the update frequency of our rule database.

6.3 Utility Tools: The utility tools provided within this App (such as password generator, text counter, internet speed test, etc.) are for general reference and convenience only and should not be used as the sole basis for making important decisions. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of these tools under all circumstances.

6.4 Third-Party Content and Links: This App may display, include, or provide third-party content (including data, information, applications, or other products and services) or may contain links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the AI AntiVir Team is not responsible for any third-party content, including its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. We assume no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the AI AntiVir Team, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use this App; (ii) the conduct or content of any third party on this App; (iii) any content obtained from this App; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the AI AntiVir Team, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or attorney fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of this App, including but not limited to your user content, any use of the App's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from this App.

9. Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination of License: We reserve the right to revoke the license granted to you under this Agreement at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use this App shall immediately cease, and you must promptly uninstall this App from all devices in your possession.

9.2 Suspension of Service: We may suspend or temporarily restrict your access to this App or specific features of this App if: (i) we reasonably believe that your use violates this Agreement or applicable laws; (ii) your account appears to be engaged in prohibited activities; (iii) we need to perform maintenance or updates; or (iv) we determine suspension is necessary to protect the security or integrity of our services or other users.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination or suspension of this Agreement or your access to this App, all rights and licenses granted to you shall immediately cease. The provisions of Sections 5 (Intellectual Property Rights), 6 (Disclaimers), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), 9 (Termination and Suspension), 10 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), 11 (Severability), and 14 (Contact Information) shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its principles of conflict of law.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be exclusively brought in the federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any action or litigation arising out of this Agreement.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, we will endeavor to enforce the remaining provisions of this Agreement to the maximum extent possible in accordance with your original intent.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the AI AntiVir Team regarding the use of this App and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, warranties, and negotiations, whether written or oral, regarding this App. No course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade, and no oral or written statements or negotiations of any kind, shall be deemed to modify, amend, or supplement the terms of this Agreement, except as expressly modified in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

13. Amendment and Modification

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time, in our sole discretion. If we make material modifications to this Agreement, we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice prior to the effective date of such modifications. Material changes will be determined in our sole discretion and may include (but are not limited to) changes that affect your rights or obligations, introduce new fees, or alter the scope of services provided. Your continued access to or use of this App following the posting of modified Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should immediately cease using this App and uninstall it from your device.
