1. 24-Hour Trial Period
We strongly recommend all customers test our service using a trial or a 1-month subscription before committing to longer plans.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase if:
The technical issue is from our server side and we cannot resolve it.
Your account was not activated within the promised timeframe.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
Your internet speed is too slow to support HD/4K streaming.
You changed your mind after the account has been active for more than 48 hours.
You provided the wrong device information or MAC address.
4. How to Request a Refund
Simply contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for the request. Our technical team will first try to fix the issue; if we can't, we will process your refund immediately.
