Submission Guidelines

Long papers shall not exceed six pages (two additional pages are allowed with a fee) as a PDF file in IEEE two column format. All long papers go through the same review process of IEEE IV 2020 and presented papers will be published by the IEEE and the conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library.
