Important Information About Hours

IN-CLUB HOURS:  From meeting slides or the website 

(Only need to provide a picture as proof)

MUST have a minimum of 25 in-club hours and attend 4 K-FAM events (2 MUST be class outings)!

Homecoming Parade (Oct. 10th)

Holiday Poetry Salm (Nov. 21st)

Town of Apex Christmas Parade (Dec. 6th)

International Festival (TBD)

Class Outings (different dates based on class)

OUT-OF-CLUB HOURS: Hours from outside organizations 

(Need a valid picture/confirmation as proof)

ONLY FILL OUT ONE FORM PER MONTH
