Hybrid Microwave Fabrication Laboratory, Military Technical College, Project RGNO 134, Ministry of Defense – Arab Republic of Egypt 

AHS and Associates in Cooperation with Milestones Engineering PC teamed with an A/E firm and Logix Corporation to develop the construction documents the Hybrid Microwave Integrated Circuit Fabrication Laboratory for the Military Technical College, Armament Authority of the Government of Egypt. Responsible of preparing the Equipment Layout, Lighting and Power systems plans for the Laboratory and supported the installing contractor with working drawings, preparation and engineering consultation services. 

Continental Airlines, Global Program Renovations to Terminal C Newark International Airport, Newark, New Jersey 

A portion of the project involves coordinating the electrical conduit for the HVAC, lighting, and security systems at the Baggage Handling Facility. The BHF is part of a 325,000 square-foot concourse that will accommodate 12 wide-body or 19 narrow-body aircraft and is capable of processing 1,500 passengers per hour.

AHS and Associates was responsible for the Fire Alarm, Audio-visual and communication system coordination drawings for the entire terminal renovation. This project is included in the estimated $590 million investment Continental is making at Newark International Airport in New Jersey.

EWR Monorail - NEC Connection Newark International Airport, Newark, New Jersey 

Serving over 34 million passengers and over 218 thousand tons of cargo annually, Newark International Airport, known as EWR, planed to invest over $3.8 billion in renovations to buildings, roadways, terminals and facilities between the last decade and this one. Focus was giving to the Engineering and construction support for the electrical installation of the monorail section that connects Station E parking lot to the NEC station.  

AHS and Associates provided installation drawings and as- built documents to the installing electrical contractor. The complex drafting required an estimated 1500 man hours to complete the working drawings and the as built documents. We coordinated the production of working drawings for installation of substations, control cabinets, conduit systems, panel boards, rail heating equipment, rotary switches, high voltage terminations and pull boxes, and high voltage cable pulling details 

Essex County Correctional Facility

Newark, New Jersey U.S.A.

The four-story, one-million-square-foot, 2,298-bed jail has three housing wings, one support building and a co-generation facility that produces power for electricity, air-conditioning, heat and cold water for the complex. ECCF cost was a $416 million dollar for this state-of-the-art project.

AHS and Associates prepared and provided installation drawings and as built documents of the Support Building fire alarm system for the installing electrical contractor.

The supported Contractor provided all necessary electronic files and scanned documents and markups along with paper documents for completion of the project through email and international courier.
