Open for Case Submissions

The Asian Human Rights Court Simulation (AHRCS) is an independent court of the peoples, by the peoples and for the peoples of Asia, to promote human rights in the region and beyond.

According to Article 5 of the Statute of Asian Human Rights Court Simulation, the AHRCS may receive applications of a human right(s) violation from any person, non-governmental organisation or group of individuals claiming to be the victim/s of human right(s) violations by any government in Asia. The AHRCS Court delivered its first case judgment, Chiou Ho-shun v. Republic of China (Taiwan), on 17 October 2019. The Court is now open for new case submissions.

If victims decide to submit cases to the Court, case applications must comply with Rule 21, 35 and 36 of the Rules of Court, which require the provision of certain information and documents. Failure to provide the information or documents required by the Rules of Court may result in the application not being examined by the Court. It is imperative that all fields of the application form are filled in. The application form can be downloaded, completed, and sent by e-mail to the Court with the necessary documents. No other forms are accepted.

For case application, kindly e-mail to the Secretary-General of the Court: jhhuamg1986@gmail.com
