Ahoy Mateys Pet Care

Welcome to the Yacht Club for Your Pet Crew!

Think of your home as the vessel; when you step away, I take the helm to ensure your pet mates stay safe, happy, and catered to in their own home port.

I’m Captain De, the owner, operator, and dedicated Co-Captain for all your pet care needs at Ahoy Mateys Pet Care.

I am fully licensed and insured, giving you complete peace of mind while your crew is with me. I offer complimentary meet-and-greets to create a bespoke care plan tailored to your pet's needs, as well as follow-up visits to adjust care as those needs change. Please be ready to discuss your pet's allergies, triggers, routines, and any special requests during our initial meet-and-greet. I also provide complimentary enrichment activities and supplies while your pets are under my care. I welcome "all crews" aboard, from dogs and cats, to birds, reptiles, fish, small caged animals, and backyard livestock.

Based locally in West Seattle, my main service area is right here in the neighborhood, though I am happy to navigate and cover most of the King County area. I bring over 30 years of professional experience to providing a reliable, nautical-themed approach to looking after your beloved pets. I run this specialized mobile service entirely on my own, ensuring your pets will always receive my personal, undivided attention.

I offer daily dog walking, drop-in visits, and personalized in-home pet sitting to established clients, operating 24 hours a day by appointment. I specialize in patient, tailored care for shy or anxious animals, and I am highly competent in managing medical needs like timed insulin injections, oral medications, and senior care.
