Research Associate at the Center for Climate Change Adaptation, National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) in Tsukuba, Japan, with expertise in Geographic Information Science and environmental modeling. Completed JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Tsukuba, working on urban sustainability and nature-based solutions. PhD from Tokyo Institute of Technology, specializing in urban human behavior analysis using geospatial data. Professional experience includes GIS application development in Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco. Currently developing national-scale land use scenarios for climate adaptation in Japan. Published in environmental science and urban planning journals. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
