Ahmed A. Shafee is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Adams State University, USA. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Tennessee Tech. University, USA in 2022. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (Hons.) in Electronics, Communication and Computer Engineering from Helwan University, Egypt, in 2011 and 2018, respectively. His current research interests include security and privacy in smart grid AMI networks and electric vehicles, Cyber Security, machine\deep learning, privacy-preserving machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), embedded systems, cloud computing and Edge Intelligence. He has more than ten years of academic experience in teaching and research in variety topics.

– Static Code analysis and Testing using polyspace tool (polyspace running, polyspace analysis) for remote door keys encryption project.
• Worked at the Visibility Team and was responsible for:
– Unit and Module Testing using RTRT tool for the developed modules.

Received a fund ($25,903) for the project ”Fordham CEDI Center for Cybersecurity Equipment Funding Proposal”. The grant is provided as a subaward from Fordham university under the Cybersecurity Educational Diversity Initiative (CEDI) program that is sponsored by the National Security Agency (NSA) (Federal award no: NSA/H98230-20-1-0387) (subward no: FORD0093-30353). The main purpose of the grant is to build the infrastructure of a cyber security lab for the under graduate students.
