Location Data: Several of our apps (including Iranian Restaurant Search, Fuel Saver DE, Parking Finder, and Carely) require access to your device's location data (fine, coarse, or background location depending on the app). This data is used solely to deliver core functional features—such as locating nearby restaurants, fuel stations, parking spots, or transmitting emergency SOS location alerts. Location coordinates are processed securely and are never stored or tracked on external servers.
Health and Wellness Data (Carely only): We collect data related to your daily routines, including medication schedules, hydration (water intake) logs, and social interaction reminders. This data is processed to provide core app functionalities and timely notifications.
Baby Health Data (Baby Tracker only): We collect baby's birth date, weight, and height to provide growth charts and reminders. This data is stored via Firebase for your account.
Audio Data (Baby Tracker only): Our app includes a feature to record sounds. These recordings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload audio files to our servers.
In-App Purchases: Transactions for in-app purchases or subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not store financial credentials.
Advertising Data: We use advertising services (such as Google AdMob). These services may collect and use your device's Advertising ID to serve ads within the app.
4. Use of Data
We use the collected data to:
Provide and maintain the apps’ functionality.
Process and verify your in-app purchases.
Improve user experience through analytics.
Deliver timely local notifications for health and wellness features (such as medication and hydration reminders).
5. Data Retention Policy
We do not store or retain user personal data, location logs, or health information on external servers across our applications, including Carely. All data processed by our apps (including location coordinates, activity recognition, and health/wellness logs) is stored strictly locally on the user's device (except where account sync is explicitly required via standard platform services like Firebase). Users can permanently delete all app-related data at any time by clearing the app storage or uninstalling the application from their device.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Google-provided services (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google AdMob) to monitor and analyze the use of our app, and to serve banner advertisements. These services may collect information sent by your device, including the Advertising ID.
7. Medical Disclaimer (Carely only)
The Carely application is designed to assist users with medication reminders, hydration tracking, and social interaction prompts. It is provided for organizational and wellness purposes only. The app is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or medication dosage.
