These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain your rights and responsibilities when using our App available on the App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Our App offers subscription-based features (“Subscriptions”) that unlock premium tools and functionality.
Billing & Payment: Subscription fees are billed to your Apple ID / iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period, at the rate provided in the App Store.
Payment Responsibility: A valid App Store account with updated billing information is required for continuous access.
All content within the App — including design, layout, software code, text, graphics, and logos — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the App without permission.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App’s code.
Use any part of the App’s materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
By using the App, you agree that:
You will use the App only for lawful purposes.
You will not attempt to disrupt or harm the App’s functionality, security, or servers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account information.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your device or App Store account.
You must not use the App to:
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Upload, share, or distribute any content that contains viruses or malicious code.
Collect or harvest information from other users.
Circumvent any security measures, licensing systems, or digital rights management (DRM).
Violation of these terms may lead to termination of your access without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:
You breach any provision of these Terms; or
We believe your actions may cause harm to the App, other users, or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will end immediately. Any outstanding payments or obligations will remain in effect.
To ensure the best experience, we may periodically release updates that include new features, performance improvements, or bug fixes.
Updates may be installed automatically or manually through the App Store.
By using the App, you consent to receive such updates.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, at our sole discretion.
If we make significant changes to pricing, users will be notified in advance.
Continued use after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access to your data.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will function without errors or interruptions;
The App will meet your specific needs; or
Any defects will always be corrected immediately.
You use the App entirely at your own risk.
The App may include links to external websites or services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.
Accessing them is at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located within your region for any disputes arising from these Terms.
We may modify or update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion.
When changes occur, the updated version will be posted within the App or on our official website.
By continuing to use the App after the new Terms take effect, you agree to the revised version.
