Welcome to Ahiraa Properties Finders (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and store your information when you access or use our mobile application.

Official Launch Notice

Ahiraa Properties Finders officially launched on 30-May-2025. The latest version of the app includes major user experience improvements, enhanced navigation, and verified project listings for a more seamless and trustworthy experience. We are committed to continuously improving features based on user feedback and technological enhancements.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Before Official Launch (Pre-Launch Phase)

We do not collect or store any personal user data before the official launch date.

All displayed content is sample/demo data for UI preview purposes.

This phase helps demonstrate how the app displays real estate listings, construction projects, interior services, buttons, and data structures in a secure, professional manner.

Special Note:

In the Anantapur Real Estate section, we are showcasing some original content and real images of real projects to help users visualize how the app will work more realistically. However, in the Construction section, the displayed content is sample/demo data intended only to show how the UI will look after full project uploads.
This early-stage content is intended for demonstration only.
Once we officially launch or go live, we will start collecting official project details and upload full, verified listings city-by-city.
Official Privacy & Data Sharing Statement:

We are collecting data from trusted sources, including real estate developers, construction companies, interior designers, and individual property owners. Some of this data may be directly provided by the respective owners.

Users can download the app and browse as guests. To access personalized features, registration via email is available.

We assure all users that their personal data and activity will never be shared with any third-party organizations, now or in the future.

However, if a user expresses interest in a particular company (real estate, construction, or interior), their details may be shared only with that specific company for follow-up.
Until the official launch date, no user data or listing information will be shared with any real estate, construction, or interior companies.

1.2 After Official Launch

Once the app is officially launched, we may collect the following:

Personal Information: Name, Email, and Phone Number (collected during login or user interest submission).
Login Details: Email ID is authenticated via OTP verification through our secure PHP backend (hosted on an HTTPS server).
Business Information: For companies listing ventures on the app.
User Preferences: Saved properties, liked ventures, scheduled visits, and request history.
Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, and in-app interactions.
Optional Location Data: To show listings relevant to a user's location.
VR Interaction Data: If VR features are used (only basic usage metrics for performance).
Secure Lead Submissions: Interested actions or visit requests are auto-saved securely to avoid fake leads.

2. Purpose of Data Usage

We use the collected data for the following:

To connect buyers, sellers, and service providers.
To enhance user experience through personalized listings.
To provide VR walkthroughs and project views.
To manage user profiles and saved preferences.
To provide support and respond to inquiries.
To prevent misuse and fake data submissions.
To display real and verified real estate ventures.
To send important app notifications and updates.
To process transactions securely (if introduced later).

3. Real Estate Listings – Display & Trust

All real estate, construction, and interior listings displayed in the app are genuine, uploaded securely, and verified through our backend.

We showcase real projects to help users explore and trust available properties and services.

This feature educates users about the safety, transparency, and professionalism of Ahiraa Properties Finders.

4. Secure Action Buttons & Lead Storage

Features like “Interested”, “Contact now”, or “Contact Company” are designed with security first.

If the user is logged in, clicking a button automatically stores the lead data securely in the backend — without revealing contact info.

This prevents data abuse or spamming and ensures only valid leads reach the respective companies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on HTTPS-enabled servers with end-to-end encryption.
We follow industry standards to protect personal data and prevent unauthorized access.
We do not sell or share user data with any third-party advertisers or agencies.
Users can request data deletion anytime by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Integrations

We use third-party services for essential functionality:

Gmail SMTP + OTP Backend (PHP): For secure OTP-based login.
Analytics Tools: For performance monitoring.
Cloud Storage (Hostinger): For image/media hosting.
Social Media Links: For future business promotions.
Push Notifications: For updates and user engagement.

Each service follows its own privacy practices. Users are encouraged to review them independently.

7. User Rights & Controls

Users have the right to:

Access, update, or delete their personal info.
Request full account deletion via our support.
Control notification and listing preferences.
Revoke location access via device settings.
Opt-out of data tracking where applicable.

You can request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us via email or within the app.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We may use cookies or equivalent app-based storage (like AsyncStorage) to:

Improve speed, personalization, and experience.
Track basic app analytics and prevent duplicate data.

Users may manage preferences through system/device settings.

10. Future Updates & Data Availability

From April-May 2025, real data will be slowly added over 2–5 days post-launch as we start promotions through social media, marketing, and on-ground activity.

Until then, only selected sample ventures are shown to demonstrate app functionality.

Upon updates, we will notify users via the app. Continued use implies agreement to updated terms.

When a user selects a city (for Real Estate, Construction, or Interior services) and navigates inside that city's listings, clicking the back button will return the user to the city selection screen. This navigation flow is implemented consistently across all service sections to provide a smooth user experience.

Note: We are working on further optimizing and perfecting the back navigation experience. These improvements will be included in the next app update.

App Version Status:
This Privacy Policy applies to Ahiraa Properties Finders - Version 35, which is currently submitted for production release on the Google Play Console. Previous versions (such as v5 or v21 and last update was 32 ) were used only for production and did not collect user data. This version includes UI improvements and enhanced stability. As of now, no personal user data is being collected, in accordance with the terms outlined below.

11. Compliance & Legal

We comply with GDPR, Indian IT laws, and general data privacy best practices.

Data is encrypted, stored securely, and shared only with user consent or legal mandate.

We ensure transparent, ethical use of all information.

12. Guest Mode Behavior (Policy-Compliant Version)

Our app offers a Guest Mode to allow users to explore features without requiring an account. In Guest Mode, a temporary user session is created and stored locally on the device. This session does not persist after logout or app uninstallation.

Please note:

Certain actions performed in Guest Mode (e.g., tapping a “Site Visit” button) may appear to other users also using Guest Mode, as guest data is not permanently stored or uniquely linked to individual users.

This behavior is intended solely for demonstration and testing purposes and does not compromise personal user data.

No personal data is collected or stored from guest users.

For a secure and personalized experience—including saved preferences, site visits, and private data—we recommend creating an account or logging in.
