NodeNotesJP（以下「当方」といいます）は、iOS アプリ「AheadIsland」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリは「データ最小化」を基本方針としています。ご利用にあたって取得・処理する情報は、本アプリの機能提供に必要な最小限のものに限り、収集していない情報は原則として存在しません。広告ネットワークや解析サービスへの情報送信も行いません。
以下の情報は、本アプリが端末内で処理するもので、当方のサーバーや外部に送信されることはありません。
カレンダーの予定情報（タイトル、開始時刻、終了時刻、場所、出席者、所属カレンダー）
通知設定、リード時間設定、テーマ設定などのユーザー設定
行動ログ（予定の振り返り記録）
課金状態（StoreKit 経由）
これらは iOS の標準機能（EventKit、SwiftData、UserDefaults）を用いて端末内に保存され、機種変更時には Apple の標準バックアップ機能の範囲内で扱われます。
本アプリの「バックグラウンドでも更新」機能（AheadIsland Pro 限定）を有効にした場合に限り、以下の情報を当方が運用するサーバー（Amazon Web Services 東京リージョン）で処理します。
Apple Push Notification service（APNs）が発行する匿名のデバイストークン
予定の各フェーズの発火時刻（UNIX エポック秒）
各フェーズの種別（準備・移動・直前・開始など）
送信しない情報 として、次のものは一切サーバーに送信されません。
予定のタイトル
予定の場所
予定の出席者・参加者情報
カレンダーの名称・識別子
ユーザーの氏名、メールアドレス、Apple ID
位置情報、連絡先、写真などの端末上の他のデータ
サーバーが扱うのは「いつ・どのフェーズに切り替えるか」というタイミング情報と、匿名のトークンのみであり、いかなる個人を特定することもできません。
取得した情報は、以下の目的のためにのみ利用します。
本アプリの行動開始タイマー機能を提供するため
バックグラウンドでも Dynamic Island の表示を最新に保つため（Pro 機能）
障害発生時の調査・対応のため（必要最小限のログ確認）
ユーザーに対する広告配信、マーケティング目的での利用、行動分析、利用傾向の解析などには一切利用しません。
当方は、取得した情報を第三者に販売、貸与、または提供することはありません。
ただし、本アプリの機能提供のために、以下の事業者のサービスを利用します。
Apple Inc.: アプリ配信、課金処理、APNs によるプッシュ通知配信
Amazon Web Services, Inc.: 上記 2.2 のサーバー処理のためのインフラ提供（東京リージョン）
これらは本アプリの機能を実現するための技術基盤であり、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供する行為ではありません。各事業者のプライバシーポリシーは、それぞれの公式サイトをご確認ください。
端末内の情報: ユーザーが本アプリを削除するか、本アプリ内の設定で削除するまで保管されます
サーバー処理情報（2.2 のもの）: 該当する予定の終了時刻から原則として1時間以内に自動削除されます。失効したデバイストークンへの送信時には即座に削除されます
バックグラウンド更新機能は設定画面でいつでもオフにできます。オフにした時点でサーバーへの新規送信は停止します
本アプリを削除すると、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます
サーバー上に残る情報（デバイストークン等）の削除をご希望の場合、以下の連絡先までお問い合わせください
サーバーとの通信はすべて HTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されます。サーバー内のデータは AWS の標準的なセキュリティ対策のもとで管理されます。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者の方の同意と監督のもとでご利用ください。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や本アプリの機能変更に伴い、改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または公開ページで通知します。

Privacy Policy

NodeNotesJP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the iOS app “AheadIsland” (“the App”). Please review this Policy before using the App.
1. Basic Policy
The App is based on the principle of data minimization. Any information acquired or processed when using the App is limited to the minimum necessary to provide its features. As a general rule, information that is not collected does not exist. We do not transmit information to advertising networks or analytics services.
2. Information Acquired and Processed
2.1 Information Processed Only on the Device
The following information is processed by the App only on the user’s device and is not transmitted to our servers or to any external party:
Calendar event information, including title, start time, end time, location, attendees, and associated calendar
User settings, such as notification settings, lead time settings, and theme settings
Action logs, including records used to review scheduled events
Purchase status via StoreKit
This information is stored on the device using standard iOS technologies such as EventKit, SwiftData, and UserDefaults. When changing devices, it may be handled within the scope of Apple’s standard backup features.
2.2 Information Processed on Servers for the Dynamic Island Background Update Feature (Pro)
Only when the “Update in Background” feature of the App, available exclusively with AheadIsland Pro, is enabled, the following information is processed on servers operated by us in the Amazon Web Services Tokyo Region:
Anonymous device tokens issued by Apple Push Notification service (APNs)
Trigger times for each event phase, expressed as UNIX epoch seconds
The type of each phase, such as preparation, travel, shortly before, and start
The following information is never transmitted to our servers:
Event titles
Event locations
Event attendee or participant information
Calendar names or identifiers
The user’s name, email address, or Apple ID
Location information, contacts, photos, or any other data on the device
The servers handle only timing information indicating when and which phase should be updated, together with anonymous tokens. This information cannot be used to identify any individual.
3. Purpose of Use
The acquired information is used only for the following purposes:
To provide the App’s action-start timer feature
To keep the Dynamic Island display up to date in the background (Pro feature)
To investigate and respond to issues when necessary, through the minimum required log review
We do not use the information for advertising delivery, marketing purposes, behavioral analysis, or analysis of usage trends.
4. Provision to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or provide acquired information to third parties.
However, we use the following service providers to provide the App’s features:
Apple Inc.: App distribution, purchase processing, and push notification delivery via APNs
Amazon Web Services, Inc.: Infrastructure provision for the server processing described in Section 2.2, using the Tokyo Region
These services are technical infrastructure necessary to provide the App’s functionality and do not constitute the provision of users’ personal information to third parties. Please refer to each provider’s official website for its privacy policy.
5. Retention Period
Information stored on the device: Retained until the user deletes the App or deletes the information through the App’s settings
Server-processed information described in Section 2.2: As a general rule, automatically deleted within one hour after the relevant event’s end time. If delivery is attempted to an expired device token, the token is deleted immediately
6. User Rights
The background update feature can be turned off at any time in the settings screen. Once turned off, no new information will be sent to the server
Deleting the App will delete all data stored on the device
If you wish to delete information remaining on the server, such as device tokens, please contact us using the contact information below
7. Security
All communication with servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). Data on the servers is managed under AWS’s standard security measures.
8. Children’s Personal Information
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 uses the App, it should be used with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Policy may be revised due to changes in laws and regulations or changes to the App’s features. If there are significant changes, we will notify users within the App or on a public page.
