As part of HighRadius’s AI-powered B2B finance automation platform, I worked closely with internal technical teams to streamline client-side data processing workflows, contributing to improved transaction transparency, data compliance, and reporting automation.
Key Technical Responsibilities:
Retrieved customer transaction datasets from client-side servers, ensuring structured extraction and integrity validation for upload into the HighRadius SaaS platform
Performed data pre-processing and consistency checks, aligning with data governance policies to support compliant B2B financial operations.
Facilitated automated invoice generation using internal tools for HighRadius clients, integrating customer records with transaction logs to reflect real-time payment status.
Ensured smooth data ingestion into the HighRadius system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to debug anomalies in financial record uploads.

Understanding of data pipeline operations and client-server architecture in B2B finance.
Exposure to invoice lifecycle automation, data validation mechanisms, and compliance alignment.

My role extended beyond outreach — focusing on technical workflow coordination, user data tracking, and process optimisation, aligning closely with platform-based service delivery.
Key Technical Contributions:
Coordinated with backend teams to track and validate user engagement data, course access logs, and platform usage patterns.
Supported workflow automation for lead tracking, onboarding journeys, and student progress monitoring across CRM and internal dashboards.
Participated in documentation and FAQ development for learners accessing technical modules and sandbox labs.
Skills Gained & Relevance to Cybersecurity:
Platform Familiarity: Hands-on experience working with user management systems and analytics tools—similar to SIEM dashboards and admin portals.

Operational Understanding: Exposure to system workflows, access control triggers, and content delivery models, laying the groundwork for IAM and DLP understanding.
This role helped me build an early understanding of how tech platforms operate, how data flows between users and systems, and how to bridge technical insights with user needs — a mindset I now apply in SOC operations, VAPT, and cybersecurity architecture.
