Single hand grab and pull > Strike wrist to release > knife hand strike to neck (attacker leans back to avoid strike and replies immediately with the next attack).
Punch > Step to outside (90) and deflect the punch, grab the arm and knee to ribs > push attacker away
Two handed choke > Grab one hand, other arm over and then elbow strike to head with loud kyup [DANGER!!]
Cross-hand grab > C6 Fan Lock.
Punch > C5 Corkscrew > block and stick to the hand > grab hand with both arms > go under arm with their forearm stuck to your chest > turn towards attacker to apply pain > release grip slightly and keep turning > press their elbow down using shoulder so they go down on one knee.
Double shoulder grab > C4 Face Push > go in > deflect one arm > palm to chin > they do back fall
Single shoulder grab > C1 Wing Lock try to step back before they settle their grip - this makes them stretch out their arm as they try to grab your shoulder - if they surprise you and grab your shoulder and their arm is bent then it is too late to step back - so in this case step to the outside and pull their elbow in using your hip to hurt their shoulder, then do the wing lock using your legs and hips > C3 Z Lock > C2 Elbow Knife hand > attacker finishes on their stomach. Strike to neck optional.
Double sleeves from rear > C12 Step behind and throw
Double hands grab > C9 Wrist and Shoulder Throw - one hand releases upwards and strikes solar plexus - apply the wrist and should lock on the other hand (attacker does side fall – not turning side fall) > apply finishing lock – attacker has their back on the floor, arm curled up locking wrist on ground, pressing down on elbow, knee pressing down on their ribs – other arm raised ready to punch
Single Wrist grab (same hand). Circle outwards and step to the outside at the same time, apply upward pressure to the elbow while holding their hand against your stomach C8 Arm Bar (ensure your front foot is under the point of contact on their elbow so your legs can contribute to the upwards force being applied to their elbow). Step forward, apply pressure to elbow with your triceps (turn your thumb downwards and keep their hand against your stomach until they are launched forward) attacker goes into cat roll and turns to face you.
Downward knife hand strike to head. Step to outside, block and merge with strike, pull opponent off balance then go under arm into C7 Hammer Lock and Gooseneck (be next to attacker - not behind attacker for hammer lock before going into the gooseneck) > push shoulder forwards forcing opponent to spin to face you, step forwards to meet them, C11 Hip Throw and finish with a punch and kyup.
Wrist (same hand) > Swap hands, step out to reduce risk of getting punched by their other hand, keep tension on the arm, then C13 Whip Throw.
Punch > C8 Arm Bar then throw around shoulder > Lock on the ground
Wrist Cross Hand > Step in to their outside, lead the hand into a circle (grabbing their hand is optional), pull their head to your chest, hook arm under chin and C15 Neck and Chin Throw
Punch > Step to outside, step behind and pull down (crossing hands under their chin can provide additional leverage - if you can reach).
Two handed choke > Before being grabbed, step to the outside > C14 Tornado Throw > roll attacker onto stomach using wrist and forearm twist.
A1 Front kick (R) and punch to head (R)
D1 (L) foot step back, downward (R) palm block to kick, circle back to block and catch punch. Pull arm down and lock onto hip, (L) hand circle around head, grab chin and pull back. Coat-hanger strike with right arm.

D2 (R) hand block, turn into C14 Tornado Throw.

D3 Circle in, grab leg and throw with sweep
