At the 2019 National Conclave the motion was passed to review and rewrite SANSKRIT.

GOAL
GOAL
AGS continues to build "Leaders of Tomorrow" the goal is to create a member program for today's student that holds true to this mission and the 13 principles.
PHASE 1:
Form a Working Group (Committee)
- Time Line: April 2019
- Sign-Up Today
- Consist of current members and alumni from each chapter. (1 member & 1 alumni from each chapter.)
- Time commitment for the next year, 1hr each month for conference call & online group collaboration. ~1hr each month reviewing & developing content.
- If the program is implemented the time commitment will decrease but ideally this committee would continue to provide advice through implementation.
PHASE 2:
Inform & Survey Current Members & Alumni
- Time Line: May 2019
- Inform members and alumni of the working group and survey.
- Identify what current membership expects and needs from a member development program.
- Identify what chapters are currently implementing and what is working and needs improvement.
PHASE 3:
Create an Outline & Identify Action Steps
- Time Line: June 2019
- Review feedback from survey.
- Review current Sanskrit program.
- Review other programs
- Develop a general outline of the program.
PHASE 4:
Develop Content
- Time Line: July-Sept
- Develop content based on outline.
- Continue to revise outline and actions items.
- Begin to explore how to manage/implement program.
- PHASE 5:
Status Update & Feedback from Current Members & Alumni
- Time Line: Oct 2019
- Inform stakeholders of the current status & allow them to review outline & content.
- Capture & review feedback.
PHASE 6:
Refinements & Prepare to Present
- Time Line: Nov-Dec
- Make refinements based on feedback.
- Organize and prepare to present at conclave.
- Outline management & implementation plan.
PHASE 7:
Present at Conclave
- Time Line: Jan 2020
- Present program & implementation plan at Conclave.
- If adopted add members for implementation phase.
PHASE 8:
Implementation & Training
- Time Line: Feb-Aug 2020
- Begin implementation and training of current members.
- Engage Alumni.
- Refine Management of Program.
- New Member Class of 2020 will start with program in Aug 2020.
