By using AgriSync, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
AgriSync is a farm management platform delivered through a web-based system and mobile application.
AgriSync provides tools for managing:
Grain storage and inventory
Chemical inventory and usage records
Storage room management
Livestock tracking and paddock movements
Farm maps and paddock management
Recommendations and farm planning
Transactions and operational records
Reporting and exports
You agree to use the service legally, responsibly, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your account credentials secure
Ensuring information provided is accurate
All activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You are solely responsible for all information entered into AgriSync, including but not limited to:
Livestock records and movement history
Paddock information and farm maps
Chemical inventory and storage room records
Grain inventory and silo records
Crop and recommendation data
Farm locations and operational information
Transactions and inventory records
AgriSync stores and processes information provided by users. Reports, exports, calculations, recommendations, maps, livestock records, inventory summaries, and other outputs are generated using user-supplied data and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for decision-making without independent verification.
Users remain responsible for all farming, agricultural, environmental, financial, and operational decisions.
AgriSync may require a paid subscription to access some or all features.
If subscriptions are enabled:
Billing may be handled by Apple, Google, Stripe, or other approved payment providers
Pricing will be displayed before purchase
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled
Refunds are subject to the policies of the payment provider used
(This section only applies if subscription services are active.)
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the service
Interfere with system operation or security
Upload malicious, unlawful, or harmful content
Circumvent access controls or permissions
Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
You retain ownership of all farm, livestock, inventory, paddock, storage room, recommendation, and operational data you enter into AgriSync.
You grant AgriSync a limited licence to process, store, transmit, back up, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service and its features.
AgriSync does not claim ownership of your farm data.
While we aim to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
Maintenance
Software updates
Third-party service outages
Internet connectivity issues
Events beyond our reasonable control
We take reasonable measures to protect user data.
However, users remain responsible for maintaining their own backups of important farm records, exports, reports, livestock records, chemical records, and inventory information.
AgriSync is not responsible for data loss, corruption, accidental deletion, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriSync and its operators are not liable for:
Crop losses
Livestock losses
Stocking or grazing decisions
Chemical application decisions
Inventory discrepancies
Farm management decisions
Financial losses
Business interruptions
Data loss
Export inaccuracies
Mapping inaccuracies
Recommendation inaccuracies
Regulatory compliance failures
System downtime
All use of AgriSync is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Present security risks
Abuse or misuse the platform
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of AgriSync following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
