Problem: Variations in the GSM (grams per square meter) of labels/stickers were causing inconsistencies in the retrieval process by the stamp application unit of the Focke & Co. packing machine. This issue led to multiple or missed pickups, resulting in an increased percentage of label waste. 

Initiative: Designed and fabricated an in-house applicator unit equipped with pneumatic suction and blowing provisions. The unit effectively separates stickers before their application onto the packet. Initiative resulted in a 25% reduction in label waste, achieving this improvement at a negligible cost compared to OEM spare parts.  

Multicompartment truck that opens both backward and sideways, with retractable theater seats unfolding to create a complete seating arrangement. 

This innovative mobile theater was intended to bring movies and dramas to children in remote villages of Nepal, providing them with access to cinematic experiences that are otherwise unavailable due to their distance from city theaters.
