Agreement for Pex

By using Pex ("the App"), you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Pex in compliance with this agreement.

2. User Obligations

• You must be 18+ to use Pex.

• You are responsible for your account and UGC.

3. Prohibited Conduct & UGC Restrictions

You must NOT upload, post, or share content that includes:

• Pornography or sexually explicit material

• Violent, graphic, or disturbing content

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment

• Promotion of drugs, gambling, or illegal activities

• Political extremism or misinformation

• Any content that violates laws or others’ rights

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or ban users without warning for violations.

4. Termination

We may terminate your access for violations of this EULA.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Pex is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• We are not liable for damages arising from app use.

6. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by applicable laws.

7. Changes to This EULA

We may modify this agreement. Continued use means acceptance.
