1. Agreement
By using Ecohi, you agree to this EULA. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
You must not:
Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
Use the App for illegal activities.
Post prohibited UGC (see Privacy Policy).
Bypass security measures.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display and moderate it.
We may remove any content violating our policies without notice.
5. Prohibited Content & Conduct
Strictly forbidden content includes:
Pornography, hate speech, or harassment.
Gambling, drugs, or violence.
Political extremism or discrimination.
Any illegal material.
Violations may result in account termination.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms.
You will be notified of payment details before confirming.
No refunds unless required by law.
7. Termination
We may terminate your access for violations of this EULA.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as-is" without warranties.
We are not liable for damages arising from App use.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
