Ahlem — Founder & Owner
Ahlem is the founder and owner of the coffee shop. She oversees the overall vision, brand direction, and customer experience. Working closely with the shop manager, she ensures that daily operations align with the values and standards of the brand.
With a strong background in leadership, team management, and community building, Ahlam has led and contributed to multiple student organizations, public initiatives, and cultural events across Algeria. She is the founder of the RISE English Speaking Club, where she organizes workshops, discussions, and community-focused activities.
Her academic and professional experience in urban planning and city-related projects informs her approach to space design and user experience, influencing how the coffee shop is organized, managed, and experienced by its customers.

"When I first imagined this space, I wanted to recreate the spirit of the ancient Agora a place where the city comes alive through conversation, ideas, and community.
My background in Urban Planning taught me that a city is only as strong as its meeting places. With Agora, my goal was to build more than just a coffee shop; I wanted to design a 'third home' where students find focus, creators find inspiration, and everyone finds a seat at the table. Whether you are here to master a language at the RISE Club or simply to enjoy a quiet moment, you are the reason this space exists.
