Form Revision Timeline

AGNIS monitors centers to see if they are submitting current form revisions or are on track to be up to date within the update window. “The update window” will be defined as within 6 months of AGNIS releasing form mappings into the external test site and the update of the Form Builder report to Approved for Trial Use status.
