COVID-19 Precautions

The top priority for our conference is the safety of our participants. Our hope is to host the conference in person, however we will be following all provincial and university guidelines for COVID-19 safety. Should it become unsafe to host the conference in person, we will be shifting to an online Zoom format.

If the conference does proceed in-person as planned, participants will be asked to wear a medical mask throughout the conference. Additionally, you may be requested to take a rapid antigen test (provided at no cost).

If you wish to participate but do not feel comfortable in person or cannot travel to Calgary, we will have options for online participation throughout the conference. Please contact us for more details.
