By downloading, installing, or using AgInputs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.
- "App" refers to AgInputs mobile application
- "Service" refers to the features and functionality provided by the App
- "Subscription" refers to the paid access to full features of the App
- "Content" refers to all data, analytics, and information provided through the App
- "User" refers to you, the person accessing or using the App
AgInputs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on one or more devices
- Access and use the App for your personal or business use
- Use the agricultural input analysis tools and features
- Access ML-powered predictions and analytics
You agree not to:
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer your license rights to any other party
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
- Copy or distribute App content without authorization
- Subscription provides full access to all App features
- Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
- Subscription can be managed through App Store Settings
- New users may be eligible for a free trial period
- Trial period begins at confirmation of subscription
- Unused trial period is forfeited upon purchase
- One trial per user
- All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store
- We do not directly process refunds
- The App, including all content and features, is owned by MDY Analytics
- All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with us
- Third-party content remains property of respective owners
- You retain rights to any data you input into the App
- You grant us license to use your data for service improvement
- We may anonymize and aggregate your data for analysis
- Agricultural input data and ML predictions are provided "as is"
- We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
- Users should verify predictions with other sources
- Results may vary based on local conditions
- App uses various agricultural data sources
- Third-party data is subject to respective terms
- Historical data may be used for analysis
- Sources are updated periodically
- We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- User data is protected using industry-standard security
- We comply with applicable data protection laws

- Data is used to provide and improve services
- Anonymized data may be used for research
- We do not sell individual user data
- Data sharing is limited to necessary service providers
- Maintain confidentiality of account information
- Notify us of any unauthorized access
- Keep device security up to date
- Use strong authentication methods
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the App responsibly
- Respect other users' privacy
- Comply with all applicable laws
- App may be subject to occasional downtime
- Features may change with updates
- We reserve right to modify or discontinue services
- Notice will be provided for significant changes
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy of agricultural predictions
- Fitness for particular purpose
- Uninterrupted service
- Compatibility with all devices
We shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages from App use
- Loss of profits or data
- Business interruption
- Agricultural losses based on App predictions
Our maximum liability shall not exceed:
- Amount paid for subscription in past 12 months
- Minimum amount required by applicable law
We may terminate or suspend access to the App:
- For Terms violations
- For illegal or harmful use
- To comply with legal requirements
- At our sole discretion
Upon termination:
- License rights end immediately
- Access to features may be restricted
- User data may be retained per Privacy Policy
- Certain provisions survive termination
- We reserve right to modify these Terms
- Changes will be effective upon posting
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
- Notice will be provided for material changes
Changes will be communicated through:
- In-app notifications
- Email notifications
- App Store updates
- These Terms are governed by [Your Jurisdiction] law

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid:
- Remaining provisions remain in effect
- Invalid provision will be modified to be enforceable
- Terms will be interpreted to fulfill original intent
- These Terms constitute entire agreement
- Supersede prior agreements and understandings
- Cannot be modified except in writing
- No waiver of any term implies waiver of others
By using AgInputs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
