Our Free Services
Thanks to donors and volunteers, Aging in Hartland can provide community nursing, minor home repair, meal delivery, transportation, and other services free to Hartland residents 60+ years of age.
Senior Solutions has served as the Area Agency on Aging for southeastern Vermont since 1973, with a mission “To promote the wellbeing and dignity of older adults.”
To carry out that mission, Senior Solutions provides information, referrals and services to people age 60+ , their family caregivers, and those living with disabilities.
