The types of trainings you should be focusing on Interrogation, PVP and Infiltration.
These are all things that we as Inferno Squad should be focusing heavily on as these are the core foundations of what we do.
Flights SIMs and trainings are allowed but should not be a main focus of your trainings as we do not take priority in flying and should be more proficient in the skills above.
Trainings are team exercises and should promote comradery and communication within IF or with other battalions. If anyone inside of Inferno Squad is caught disrespecting other members of the battalion or another battalion who we are in a SIM with should be reported to a Vice Lead and will be punished accordingly. (Use discretion on whether it is friends joking or just plain rude)
SIMs are not a reason to goof off and minge they are to help us improve our skills and to increase cross battalion relations but have fun within reason. If you catch someone being a hinderance on the SIM in anyway deal with them by either kicking them out, PT, etc. Like before use your discretion when handling these things.
If you want to host a SIM but there is a low amount of Inferno on contact a Vice Lead to make an activity ping for you. (It also helps if you offer a prize for participants of your SIMs)

How to Breach a Area
The Theory of Breaching
Breaching is a way to enter a room most effectively to clear and terminate all hostiles inside, there are many ways to breach a room, with 1 or multiple people. Different techniques work for different situations. To properly perform a breach everyone in the squad needs to know where to go and where to look and do, it kind of like a ballerina dance.
Step 1: Identify the area/situation
There are many types of rooms and areas you will have to clear. The most popular is a room with 1 door. You could be alone or with a squad, 1 side of the entrance might not be accessible or there might not be any door on said room. Today you will learn how to do all sorts of situations and identify different areas. To know what sort of breach to do in a certain area you will have to know what the breach is good for and its ups and downs. The squad lead will decide what breach to do on an area and you will execute it.
Step 2: Conduct the breach
This is the hardest part to get right and comes with practice and studying. The best thing you can do is go through these breaches with some friends or squad members and do it over and over until it becomes a natural thing. To clear a room effectively it must be all synced like a ballerina dance. Just practice.
Step 3: Leaving the room and reforming
Unless it is a matter of time you don't have to rush out of the room like a bunch of monkeys you can take your time, checking corners and reform when out of the room. Once you are done with all of that you can move on to the next and repeat.
Tips and Tricks
When breaching a room and there's another room inside that said room waits until the main room is cleared and then forms up on the inside room.
Make sure to practice trigger discipline cause in a small space while shooting people can move and you can cross fire.
Conclusion
That's basically all there is to breaching, there are more types then shown here this is just what I think are the most tactically important. Thanks for reading this document if you have any more to add to it please DM me on discord Ocean#7946.
4-Person, 1-Sided Breach
This GIF shows a 4-person 1-sided breach a perfect way to breach a room from a single side. Good for double or single doors, can be done with 2 or more people.
Button Hook Breach
Button hook breaching is best for teams of 2 but it is possible to do it with more, it is also best for a double-wide door so you can both go in at the same time.
Cross Entry Breach
A cross entry breach is best for teams of 2, 4, 6 and so on. It can be done with both a single or double door, since you are crossing paths it is not the perfect fast breach.
1-Person Breach
If you are alone this is a perfect breach to safely and thoroughly breach a room, better with single doors that swing inwards but still can be done with any type of door. One downside it can be done with a corner room just not as safe as other forms of breaching.
Hallway Breaching and Clearing
Hallway clearing/breaching is essential and the most important thing on this list, without this you wont make it to the room you need to breach. It is best with 4+ people but can be done with 2 or 3. Always have someone looking in the back and check your corners.
