Welcome to AGImighty. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the AGImighty mobile application (the “App”) operated by AGImighty Team ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using AGImighty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
AGImighty is a lifestyle and self-reflection tool that offers personalized insights and experiences based on the personal information you provide, such as name and date of birth. It is intended to support self-awareness and personal growth. The app does not offer medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
To use AGImighty, you must:

When creating a profile in AGImighty:

AGImighty generates reflections and suggestions based on user inputs. These are:

We are not responsible for any action you take (or don’t take) based on the content provided by the app.
You agree not to:
Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Interfere with other users' experience or the app’s normal operations.
All content, logos, designs, and technology in AGImighty are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app’s content.
Use our branding or assets without permission.
If AGImighty offers paid features:
Prices and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel before the billing date.
All purchases are final unless stated otherwise.

AGImighty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Loss of data, income, or emotional harm resulting from your use of the app.
