# Privacy Policy — IntervalStackPro
**Last updated:** 2026-06-27
IntervalStackPro lets you build, stack, and run custom interval workouts — stacking work and rest blocks, following a big guided countdown ring, and tracking every session.
## The short version
IntervalStackPro does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Your workouts and history live only on your device. There are no ads, no accounts, and no analytics.
## Information we collect
None. There is no sign-up, no login, and no server. The app never asks for your email, contacts, location, or health-account data, and nothing you do is sent anywhere. The only "profile" is a display name you optionally type in (it defaults to "Athlete") and an avatar swatch you pick — both stored only on your phone.
## Data stored on your device
The app saves your content locally so it persists between sessions. Two stores are used:
A small SQLite database (`tempo_stack.db`) holding:
- **Routines** — the custom interval workouts you create (name, category, and the work/rest block layout).
- **Sessions** — a history of workouts you've completed, with the date of each.
App settings (via the device's shared-preferences store):
- Your profile display name and chosen avatar.
- The count-in (prep) seconds before a workout.
- Auto-advance on/off, reduced-motion on/off, and your default round count.
- Whether you've completed the one-time onboarding.
None of this is uploaded. It exists only inside the app's private storage and is removed when you uninstall the app.
## Permissions
The Android build declares the `INTERNET` permission, but **IntervalStackPro does not use it** — the app makes no network connections of any kind. The entry is a leftover default from the Android tooling and is harmless; no data leaves your device. The iOS build requests no special permissions (no camera, microphone, location, motion, contacts, or photos).
## Network use
IntervalStackPro is fully offline. It does not contact any server, sync to the cloud, load remote content, or make any API calls. It works the same in airplane mode.
## Third-party services
None. The app integrates no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social SDKs, and no health-platform integrations (Apple Health / Google Fit are not used). There are no third-party trackers.
## Children's privacy
IntervalStackPro is a general-audience fitness app and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is transmitted off the device, it complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by design — there is no data collection to consent to.
## Your rights and control over your data
All data is local, so you stay in full control. You can delete individual routines and clear session history inside the app. To erase everything at once, uninstall the app — that permanently removes the local database and settings from your device. There is no account to close and nothing stored on our side, because we never receive any of it.
## Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it. As the app stays offline, any update simply reflects clarifications rather than new data practices.
