CHEER & STUNT

CHEER: The AGHS cheer program is fun and high spirited, but also hard work. Cheer is an amazing sport to makes friends and participate in school spirit. Not only do you get to cheer on your classmates at football and basketball games, but you will also create amazing bonds with your teammates. Some of the best times during the season are performing at assemblies, going to cheer camp, and traveling to away games.

STUNT: Our stunt program includes jumps, tumble, partner stunts, and pyramids. Each year the team learns 18 different routines, which will then be used to compete in a head to head match against different schools. We compete locally as well as travel to schools in other cities in California. Our stunt team is a very bonded and tight knit group who not only support each other on the mats but do an amazing job of supporting each other off the mats as well.
