Fill out AOR form on the Sports Clubs Website under "Agreements".                                               SportsClub Link 

How to complete AOR:

1. navigate to the sportsclub link

2. sign in to your account

3. click the drop down menu under "Agreements"

4. select "AOR"

5. Fill out the form

6. Once your AOR form has been approved, you are able to attend practice

We allow prospective members to attend up to three practices before requiring the payment of dues. Upon the start of the fourth practice, a minimum of non-competitive dues are expected to have been paid to the club.

Grad Students:                               Minimum 3.0 GPA | enrolled in > 6 credit hours
