Utilizing Artificial Intelligence on Subsea and Ocean-going vessels they plan to create a fleet of the most advanced vehicles on the market with open access to research institutions.

"It is exhilarating just to witness the level of engineering design and synergy required to make this initiative possible. We are all humbled to be a part of such noble cause. It is innovation and initiatives like this that show why Texas A&M has the worlds most prestigious ocean engineering program." -Dylan Blakeslee (Director/Team Lead)

Semi-Finalist in shell ocean discovery xprize

The "Shell Ocean Discovery XPRIZE" is a $7Million purse to research the ocean floors. We must create a vehicle that takes a bathymetric scan of the ocean floor and take remote chemical analysis without human intervention.

we know more about the surface of mars than we do our ocean floor
