Terms of Service for AOM Hex War

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the AOM Hex War mobile application operated by Ocalir Digital ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the application.

1. Intellectual Property

The application and its original content (excluding standard third-party libraries), features, and functionality (including graphics, Roman theme assets, code, sound designs, and levels) are and will remain the exclusive property of Ocalir Digital.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

* Purchases: AOM Hex War allows you to purchase one-time packs (such as the premium character pack or the custom map editor).

* Subscriptions: We offer monthly and yearly "Pharaoh" memberships. These subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play Store Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

* Refunds: All transactions are processed through Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store refund policies.

3. Local Game Data

The game stores your save state and progression locally on your device. Uninstalling the application, clearing your device's cache, or resetting storage will permanently erase your local gameplay records, unlocked levels, and custom maps. We are not responsible for any loss of local game data.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ocalir Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the application.
