Privacy Policy for Orkinodit
Effective Date: November 19, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Orkinodit (the "App") manages information, given its capabilities for multi-modal messaging, and integration with user-defined third-party services.
The core function of the App is to act as a secure, local platform that routes and processes user-generated data (text, voice, files) to external services defined and configured by the user.
CRITICAL DISCLOSURE: The App itself does not process, store, or sell your conversation data or API keys on its own servers. The user is responsible for understanding and accepting the privacy policies of all third-party services they configure within the App.
Information is categorized by where it is stored and where it is sent.
A. Data Stored ONLY on the User's Device (Local Storage)
This data is encrypted and remains on your device. The App developer never has access to it.
Data Type: Sensitive API Tokens/Keys
Purpose: To authenticate your requests with the respective external service provider (e.g.,n8n).
Security: Stored only on your local device. NEVER transmitted to our servers.
Data Type: External Service Configuration Details
Purpose: Webhook URLs, LLM Endpoints, Tool Definitions (names, descriptions, and API schemas).
Security: Stored only on your local device.
Data Type: Local Chat History
Purpose: To display previous messages in the App’s UI for user convenience.
Security: Stored only on your local device.
B. User-Generated Content (Transmitted to Third Parties)
This is the content you create and the metadata required to process it.
Data Type: Text Messages, Voice Data,
Sent To: User's Webhook Endpoint (e.g., n8n)
Purpose of Transmission: To initiate a chat
Your App's core functionality relies on routing your personal content and authentication data to third parties. Orkinodit is provided ‘as-is’ without warranty of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any data loss, unauthorized access, or misuse of data occurring on third-party services configured by the user.
A. User-Defined Webhook Connections (Feature 1)
Data Shared: User's message, voice data, are sent directly to the Webhook URL you have configured (e.g., your local localhost URL, or a remote n8n server).
User Responsibility: You are the Controller of the data once it is received by your Webhook. The App developer has no control over the security, logging, storage, or secondary use of data on your private server or automation platform.
The app uses AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), app interaction data, and approximate location to show relevant ads, prevent fraud, and improve ad quality.
No data is sold or shared with any advertising partners outside of AdMob’s built-in services.
The app does not track users across other apps or websites, and no cross-app tracking identifiers are used.
Data in Transit: All communication from the App uses secure transport protocols (HTTPS) to encrypt data traveling to the external APIs.
Security of Custom Configurations: By entering third-party API Keys and custom URLs, you accept the risk that these keys could be compromised if your local device's security is breached.
Retention: The App's local data (history, tokens) is retained until you manually delete it or uninstall the App. Data sent to third parties is retained according to their respective privacy policies.
Since the App primarily routes data to your chosen third parties, your rights are managed as follows:
Access/Deletion of Local Data: You can delete all locally stored data, configurations, and API keys by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
Correction/Deletion of Shared Data: To correct or delete data sent to an LLM provider or Webhook, you must contact that specific third-party service directly. The App developer cannot retrieve or delete data from their systems.
Withdraw Consent: You can cease all data sharing with a specific provider instantly by deleting that provider's API key and configuration within the App's settings.
6. Data Collection and Storage
Orkinodit itself does not collect or store any personal information on its servers. However, as detailed in the 'Third-Party Services' section below, certain information is collected directly by and shared with third-party services integrated into the Application for specific purposes.
Local Storage: All chat history, API endpoint URLs, and API keys/tokens are stored only on your device's local storage. This data is not sent to us or any third party, except to the specific API endpoints you configure within the app for communication. These API endpoints are external services chosen and managed by the user .
No Registration: Orkinodit does not require any user registration, and we do not collect any "User Provided Information" from you.
No Backend: We do not operate any backend servers that collect, process, or store your data.
7. In-App Purchases
Orkinodit offers in-app purchases to unlock premium features and digital content. When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed securely by Google Play's billing system. Orkinodit does not collect or store your financial information (such as credit card numbers or banking details) related to these transactions. We only receive confirmation from Google Play that a purchase has been completed, which includes a Purchase Token and Order ID. This information is used to:
Enable or disable the purchased premium features/digital content on your device.
Conduct internal analytics (e.g., tracking the volume of purchases and product performance).
Prevent fraud (e.g., verifying purchase validity and detecting misuse).
8. Automatically Collected Information
Orkinodit does not directly collect any automated information about your device or how you use the Application for its own purposes. However, certain third-party services integrated into the app may collect data automatically as described below.
9. Use of Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding data handling. These services may collect information directly from your device.
AdMob (Google): Orkinodit uses AdMob to display advertisements within the app. If you have not purchased the ad removal, AdMob may collect certain information to serve personalized and non-personalized ads, such as your device IP address, device identifiers, and information about your interaction with ads. AdMob collects Approximate Location data (inferred from IP/Wi-Fi) for serving relevant ads and for advertising analytics. AdMob collects Device Identifiers and data about App Interactions for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention/security. Google Play Services & Billing: This includes services like Google Play's billing system, which processes in-app purchases. Google Play Services may collect certain information about your device and usage for its own functionalities, including transaction processing. Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Orkinodit uses Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app stability and performance by collecting crash logs and diagnostic data (e.g., app performance and error logs). This data helps us to identify and fix bugs, improve app stability, and for analytics related to app stability and performance. This information is typically anonymized. We want to be clear that your sensitive locally stored data (such as chat history, API endpoint URLs, and API keys/tokens, secrets) is never transmitted to the Service Provider or shared by us with AdMob, Google Play Services, or Firebase Crashlytics .
Users in regions where consent is required for personalized ads will be shown a consent prompt managed by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can update your ad preferences anytime in the app settings.
Users can disable personalized ads at any time from their Google Account settings by turning off “Ads Personalization.”
10. Permissions
Orkinodit may request the following permissions:
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): This permission is required to record your voice messages, which are then sent directly to the API endpoint you have configured. Orkinodit does not record or store your audio data on our servers or share it with any third party other than your specified API.
11. Your Data and API Endpoints
Chat Data Management: Chat history is stored locally on your device to allow you to view past conversations. You can manually clear this history within the app settings or by clearing the app's storage. We do not keep backups on our servers.
API Endpoint Configuration: You set your own API URLs. These are saved locally on your device. Orkinodit does not control, collect, or share these endpoints. You are responsible for the security, privacy, and terms of service of the API services you connect to.
Secure Storage of Secrets: API keys/tokens are stored securely on your device using safe storage mechanisms and are only transmitted to your configured API endpoints for authentication/communication. They are never sent to us or any other third party.
12. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. You can do this using your device's standard uninstall process or via the mobile application marketplace.
Local data: Users stop collection by uninstalling the app.
Third-party data: Users must contact the external service directly to request deletion.
13. Children's Privacy
Orkinodit is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. 14. Security
We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained on your device. However, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of these changes.

16. Your Consent
user accepts responsibility for international data transfers based on their third-party server location. By using the Application, you consent to the processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
