Yes. For insurance purposes, an adult (18+) must read and sign the liability waiver. All children entering the facility must be listed on the waiver. 

1. No running outside of the inflatables.

2. Socks are required for everyone in the facility.

3. No, food, drinks, gum, or candy is allowed in the play area.

4. One person at a time down the slides.

5. No pushing, shoving, or rough play allowed.

6. No bouncing at the top of the slides.

7. No toys or any sharp objects allowed on the inflatables.

8. Participants must listen to employees monitoring the play area.

9. For their safety, the toddler area is for children 5 years old and younger.

10. A parent or guardian must be present at all times.

1. The time period for your rental is flexible. Normally, our rentals are rented on a daily basis for a period of 4.5 hours. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play

2. If you require overnight, or additional days, please contact us for a quote. many factors come into play and must be considered....such as weather, next day rental by another customer and the security of our rental items.

3. You do not pay for setup time or early deliveries. Please let us know if you require exact delivery or pickup times. Agent Bounce LLC will do it's best to accommodate all of our renters.

Please remove ALL debris from the area including pet waste, trash, and other items, furniture, hoses, sprinklers, lawn ornaments, large stones, etc.

Please DO NOT mow the grass.

Please keep the blower plugged in and operational during your entire rental period. We require your set up area being within 50’ of an outlet.

Please stay on-site and available when the bounce is delivered and setup. We will thoroughly train you, as the attendant in charge of the ride,

An attendant MUST accompany the bounce house anytime the bounce house is inflated.

Yes, Agent Bounce LLC can set up on a grassy surface, your driveway, or other hard surfaces ($30 fee for driveway or street set up). We will not set up on dirt, gravel, mulch, sand, deck, or areas that are not free of pet waste. We can set up indoors (dependent on height clearance).

We will set up in parks where applicable and allowed. You will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and paying any additional fees required by the Park (or venue). Note: A generator may be required to provide electricity. Agent Bounce LLC can provide a generator for an additional $65 per day + gas. If you use your own generator, it must have a spark-arresting muffler.

We will deliver and set up the unit at a prearranged time, typically 30 minutes prior to your event start time.

We will discuss placement options for the unit, review the rental agreement, train you as an attendant that will oversee and have the responsibility of the ride, and go over any questions regarding safety, proper use, and any other topic you wish to discuss.

YOU MUST BE PRESENT in order for us to set up as we need to review important safety and operating procedures with you.

If payment has not already been made or a balance is outstanding, it will be due prior to the set up of the unit. We accept cash and credit card.

All of our units require a standard 110 household outlet.

Should you need to set up in a park or somewhere where there is no outlet you will need one dedicated 20amp 110v circuit generator unless we inform you otherwise for larger units. We do not supply these. The generator must be grounded and can not be on any movable surface.

If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation. As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we will not deliver or set up the unit. One of our representatives will contact you prior to delivering the equipment if the weather is questionable. Once the equipment arrives at the event, the deposit is not refundable under ANY circumstance. At the time of this call, if you choose not to have the equipment delivered due to weather concerns, the full deposit will be returned.

If it begins to rain unplug the blower and cover it while you let the inflatable deflate. Once the rain stops, plug the blower back in and wipe down any wet surfaces to avoid slipping. The vinyl gets very slippery when wet.
