If you don't have Lamia at 2 filled Favorability: At the entrance to the mansion, talk to Lamia and give her a gift. She likes books and will accept whichever book is listed, it's always random so you'll have to buy it as it shows.
If you do have Lamia at 2 filled Favorability: Enter the mansion and go to the dining room. Talk to Lamia. Request special service. The gem event is random, pick the one with the lowest amount to get the lowest price, then go to the laundry room and pay her for her service.

This quest is linked to the quest for Elsa in Irene's chapter "Red Rose" and is completed by accessing the underground passage.
Head back to Irene's chapter "Scarlet Secret" and finish the quest for Elsa.
Enter Ruby's house through the underground passage and explore the guest room
This quest requires lockpicking level 4
Go to the Yard and use the secret door. If Adel is standing there, then you'll have to try on a different day.
From the basement's secret passage, push the wall door and navigate:
Lounge > Exit > Exit > Exit > Guest Hallway > Guest Room. Pick the lock.

Enter the guest room with Lamia
This quest requires lockpicking level 4
Go to the Yard and use the secret door. If Adel is standing there, then you'll have to try on a different day.
From the basement's secret passage, push the wall door and navigate:
Lounge > Exit > Exit > Exit > Guest Hallway > Guest Room. Pick the lock.
After the scene, head to the entrance to the mansion, ring the doorbell to call Lamia.
Enter the mansion with her and head to the guest room she was in:
Guest Hallway > Guest Room
Enjoy the scene
You now have 3 Favorability for Lamia
Ask Lamia for fun in the laundry room
Give her a gift, if you don't have the book, you can go quickly buy it or talk to Lamia in every room to fill her Favorability to 3.
Head to the dining room and enter the laundry room. Ask for Lamia's services. The gems are random so try to pick the one with the lowest for the least price.
