Go to the Living Room and talk to Irene.
While you're here, observe the fireplace. Then go to the bedroom and explore. Open it with the key you got from the fireplace. These are for future quests.

Talk to Ruby before class
For now, ignore the quest you got from Helen.
Instead continue to Lamia's "Inside the Mansion" chapter and also continue belowÂ

If you have not unlocked the way to buy drugs, starting the next quest will direct you to Violet's quest.

The next quest you have to touch the figurine can only be completed by obtaining the next 3 quests in this chapter. It comes from Lamia's chapter "Inside the Mansion". I've moved it below to the correct order.
1 Ask Elsa how to open the door on the floor of the yard
Go talk to Elsa
2 Let's pass through the underground passage in the yard
Use the password 9402 on the lock. Then head deep into the passage to the end of the basement.
3 Find the cross key and open the door in the basement of Ruby's yard
Go up the stairs, use the key you got from Lamia's laundry scene. If you don't have the key, then you'll have to go to her quests to get it.
After you're in the Secret Room, press the Wall door button and push.
To explore the mansion by yourself, simply press the exit button on the bottom left of your screen.
Enter Ruby's house through the underground passage and touch the figurine.
Go to the Yard and use the secret door. If Adel is standing there, then you'll have to try on a different day.
From the basement's secret passage, push the wall door and navigate:
Lounge > Exit > Inner Living Room
Select a Fate Card and return to this chapter.
Ignore the quest you got for Ophelia. If you finish it now, it'll delay finishing the rest of this chapter. I've moved it to the bottom of this chapter.
Instead continue this chapter and Lamia's "Inside the Mansion" chapter.
Let's take a bath without the maid watching
Go to the Yard and use the secret door. If Adel is standing there, then you'll have to try on a different day.
From the basement's secret passage, push the wall door and navigate:
Lounge > Exit > Exit > Exit > Bath Entrance > Enter. Take a bath.
Buy a delay pill and go take another bath
Buy 2 DEPs from Madeleine's drug store at night then after school the next day:
Go to the Yard and use the secret door. If Adel is standing there, then you'll have to try on a different day.
From the basement's secret passage, push the wall door and navigate:
Lounge > Exit > Exit > Exit > Bath Entrance > Enter. Take another bath. Use both pills.
If you used 2 DEP: You now have 2 Favorability for Irene
If you didn't: You'll have to reload an autosave or do this again when you have 2.
Ask Ophelia to repair the stone figurine
After class, talk to Ophelia.
If you came here from the previous quest: you can go talk to her immediately.
Go buy the book she wants, take a screenshot if you need to, and return to her the next day. The book is located in the Gear section and costs $150.
Ophelia said she would repair the figurine in exchange for buying her an engineering book
After class, talk to Ophelia and give her the book.
Place the figurine back in its original position
From the basement of Ruby's Mansion, navigate:
Stairs > Wall door > Exit > Inner Living Room
and place the stone figurine back.
Receive a reward from Elsa for repairing the stone figurine
Go enjoy your Fate Card reward by talking to Elsa.
Elsa's reward is on her character page.
Irene's reward is found below in "Sleep Fun"
