The San Jose Evergreen Community College District (SJECCD) Foundation is subject to California public disclosure and ethics laws, including the Brown Act and the California Education Code’s Richard McKee Transparency Act. As such, meetings of the SJECCD Foundation's Board are open to the public, and meeting agendas are posted no less than 72 hours before regular meetings and 24 hours before special meetings. 

The SJECCD Foundation's regular quarterly Board meetings typically occur at the District Office located at 60 S. Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113.  The exact meeting location, date, and time are posted on meeting agendas for public view and can also be found below.
