The San José-Evergreen Community College District (SJECCD) Foundation is subject to California public disclosure and ethics laws, including the Brown Act (California Government Code Section 54950 et seq.) and the Richard McKee Transparency Act under the California Education Code. In compliance with these regulations, all board and committee meeting agendas are posted on our website at least 72 hours before regular meetings and 24 hours before special meetings. Meeting materials are shared concurrently with their transmittal to board members, and minutes are posted once approved.
