Note: 210 is the default BIGO LIVE multiplier used to convert the USD amount to beans (USD amount × 210 = Beans amount).
Notes:
1. This service fee policy is called Policy 7. This will be applied to all existing and upcoming BIGO PH official hosts and agencies (except for hosts under Policy 1). The host service fee and commission will be based on the level as indicated on the guide.
2. All hosts under Policy 1 will remain in Policy 1 (the level and service fee / commission will stay the same). Hosts under Policy 1 may opt to transfer to Policy 7. Once the transfer in policy has been processed, it will be irrevocable.
3. For newly signed hosts, during the first month upon the signed and verified SWU, if the host reaches the beans quota but fails to reach either of the required number of hours and days, the host and agency will still get the full amount of service fee and commission respectively. But from the second month, the host must reach all of the required targets in the table.
4. For newly signed hosts, starting the second month upon the signed and verified SWU, if the host reaches the beans quota but fails to reach either of the required number of hours and days, the host will only get the amount of the service fee based on the lowest proportion between time and days of live streaming.
5. An official host must be live streaming for at least 1 hour daily to be counted as an effective time. The maximum live streaming hours that can be counted per day is 3 hours.
6. Both the host and agency service fees will be sent to the respective accounts of the host and agency managers in the form of beans. The beans will be credited any time between the 5th and the 10th of the following month.
7. All BIGO PH beans can be exchanged into the BIGO in-app diamonds
8. All illegal beans will be deducted accordingly. Illegal beans occur if the amount used for the top-up or recharge of the gifter was not successfully processed (refunded), regardless of the gifter's location. The deduction of illegal beans from the hosts' wallet may happen at any time. This deduction is not necessarily limited to gifts sent in the current month; it may be cumulative, including past months, depending on the gifter's transactions with their bank.
9. If an official host fails to livestream for six (6) consecutive months (zero live hours), the host will be considered inactive and will be terminated. Inactive Hosts Data

10. For any verified misbehavior violating BIGO LIVE PH's Host and Agency Management Rules (HAM Rules), BIGO LIVE PH reserves the right to apply necessary sanctions as specified in the HAM Rules.
