Age Bee Account and Data Deletion Request
This policy is dedicated to users of the Age Bee mobile application available on Google Play.
You have full control over your personal information. If you wish to permanently request the deletion of your Age Bee account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Two Ways to Delete Your Data
For your convenience, we provide two methods to request account and data deletion:
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended & Fastest)
You can instantly and permanently delete your account at any time directly from within the Age Bee app. This is the fastest and easiest method.
Step 1: Open the Age Bee app and open the drawer menu by clicking on top left menu icon.
Step 2: Click on Delete Account and it will navigate to Delete Account Screen. click on Delete My Account button.
Step 3: A confirmation pop-up will appear stating: "Please confirm that you want to delete your account."
Step 4: To proceed, tap the "Confirm Delete" button. Your account and all associated data will be instantly and permanently erased.
2. Email Request (Via this Web Page)
If you cannot access the app or prefer to send a request via email, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open Your Email Client Please compose a new email to the following address: sanyahmed2587@gmail.com
Step 2: Use the Correct Subject Line The subject line of your email must be: Age Bee Account and Data Deletion Request
Step 3: Include Required Information in the Body The body of your email must include these two pieces of information to help us verify your request:
Your Age Bee Account Email: (The email address you used for Google Sign-In).
Confirmation of Request: A clear statement, such as: "I wish to permanently delete my Age Bee account and all associated data."
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon processing your request, all data associated with your account will be permanently erased. This includes:
Personal Info: Your name, email address, and User ID.
App Activity: Your saved ages or unlocked themes,font.
Financial Info: Your Purchase History (e.g., records of Coin packs or other items you have acquired).
Important Information
This is Permanent: This process is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your progress, challenge scores, and any remaining purchased items will be permanently lost.
Processing Time: Upon receiving your email request, we will verify and complete the data deletion process within 30 days (unless specific data retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes). In-app deletion is instant.
No Partial Deletion: Age Bee does not currently offer the option to delete only specific data (like scores) without deleting the entire account.
