WHAT TO EXPECT
The outcome of the Summit is to identify the key research, education, implementation areas, and expertise needed for building a productive and innovative building-integrated agriculture ecosystem by integrating perspectives from academia (research, education, and Extension), local and regional government, industry, and the non-profit sectors. In doing so, we will work together to:
Explore approaches used in other cities across the globe to address these challenges
Synthesize this information to identify priority research, education, and implementation areas for improving design, adoption, and economic sustainability of building-integrated agriculture systems
The Summit will be organized to facilitate collaborative learning, research, education, and Extension (REE) program development, and collaborative networks across building-integrated agriculture domains.
Funded by:
Extension programs and employment are available to all without discrimination. Evidence of noncompliance may be reported through your local Extension office.
The excitement from this event continues!
