How to send your application via email
You will be receiving your application from shebee1only@proton.me* or bushshelia_work@outlook.com. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. Instructions, including pictures, on how to send your application are below.
*Disregard steps 2-4 if this email is used.
If you have not already, you can download the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC online on your computer to complete. It's free! Here's the link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/ (select the top blue button to install)
Then you will be able to fill out the application and sign it, save it to your computer and send via email. To fill the form, press the pen symbol, then select the add text button. Then click the area you want to type in and begin. Once you finish filling out form, select the sign symbol to add your signature. Select add signature, and be sure to select the draw button to sign your name with the mouse/mousepad. (Pictures are below to help)
Your email will show up in your inbox (or spam). Open the email.
Then select Read the message.
You can open it by getting a code sent to your email or use Google (or other email server) to see the message.
You will search in your email for the code or sign in with your Google or (other email server account if you do not have a Gmail account).
Once your email opens, download the application that is attached.
Select download.
Press the up arrow next to the download in the bottom left corner and select Open with system viewer. Do not click the entire box.
Proceed to fill out your application, then sign and date.
When done, save your application to your computer.
You will then reply to the email and attach your application.
Attach application by clicking paper clip icon on the bottom of the page next to send.
Click on your completed application file and press Open to attach the file to your email.
You should now see your attached application! Please type in your email your name and that you have attached your application. Also include your phone number. Click Send. You're done!!
**There is also an app available on mobile devices called Adobe Fill & Sign. You can fill out form, sign and send via email also right from your mobile phone.

**Important: As part of the application process, a Tax Identification Number (TIN) is required for tax purposes. If unable or unwilling to provide your social security number, you can receive an Employer Identification Number (EIN) on the IRS website where you will register as a sole proprietor. You will use this instead of your social security number.
