It is known that a judge is able to charge a juvenile as an adult depending on the crime they have committed, and there are many opinions on this topic. there are those who believe it is right, then there are those who believe it is simply unfair to send someone under the age 18 to an adult prison.

Kids and teenagers' brains are still developing, it is unfair to charge a juvenile as an adult if their mind isn't fully developed. Their mind needs to fully developed so they can understand what they are doing.

There are many kids who don't understand the meaning of death. They might cry at a funeral about how they are "gone" but later they still ask for the person not knowing the real meaning if death.

If a 5 year old were to commit a crime, everyone would strongly disagree with that. Then there was a 12 year old boy who killed a 6 year old girl and was charged as an adult. By the way he reacted with her death made it seem like he did not understand the meaning of death.
