Making a difference in the lives of our communities

Against The Odds Inc.(ATO), a 501C3, was initially established in 2012 with a goal of increasing the awareness of water safety in the communities. Since then Against The Odds has expanded their vision that will positively touch adults and children through education, sports, mentorship and partnership experiences.

Xaivier Dexter Mosley and Chenelle Mosley were the co-founders and of Against The Odds(ATO). Chenelle Mosley is currently the CEO since the death of Xaivier Dexter Mosley, in January 2019.Against The Odds, Inc. mission is to make a difference in the lives of our communities through team sports, after school programs, health& public safety, and partnership.
