Low Quality Playback
Plex may automatically reduce your playback quality on some devices (Roku, FireTV, etc.) to prevent lag. While helpful, it reduces picture quality. Here’s how to fix it:

None of AG Media is Showing Up
Everything streams over the internet from my home server. If it's down, my content won’t appear in your library. This could be due to:
My internet being down.
A server reboot.
...or my cat knocking the computer over!
Check the status at the top of this page:
Green (Operational): The issue may be with your app or device. Try some of the following:
Restart your Plex App or device.
Look in the MORE section for "AG Movies/TV" (see "Getting Started"). Confirm they are pinned!
Sign out and sign-in again!
Try a different Guest Account.
Red (Down): I’ve already been notified and will fix it ASAP!
Buffering
Restart your Plex app!
If buffering persists, reduce the quality:
Click on the HD icon (usually located at the bottom left during playback).
Lower the quality or bitrate (e.g., ~3 Mbps)..
Subtitles Not Working or Out of Sync
During playback, click the subtitles icon or look for it in settings.
Choose a subtitle option from the list.
If subtitles are out of sync,
1️⃣ Start playback, click the 3 dots in the bottom-right → Settings.
2️⃣ Go to Playback Options → Burn Subtitles.
3️⃣ Set it to Always.
If that does not work, please submit a plex problem. I always want them to match and I will sync them on my end!
Choosing a Different Audio Track
If a movie or show is playing in the wrong language or includes an unwanted commentary track, you can change the audio track:
During Playback, click on the audio icon (it looks like a speaker or music note).
Choose from the available audio tracks:
Select your preferred language (e.g., English, Spanish, French).
Turn commentary on or off (some movies have a "Director's Commentary" track).
If the audio still isn’t correct, try stopping and restarting playback.
If your preferred audio track isn’t listed, it may not be available for that file. Let me know, and I’ll check if I can add it!
