George Kelso, last Vice President of the United States of America
My fellow Americans, the Treaty of Denver attended by all four state's representatives have brought this bloody war to a close, and today is the day that America as we know it ceases to exist, and only Washington of the District of Columbia will stand as the last bastion of freedom, today as the acting president I am dissecting the previously United States into five parts, the Free American Republic, Columbia, Free Economic Zone of the Eastern Seaboard, People’s Western Republic, and Washington DC. Each of these has absolute control over their region, with restrictions put in by the North American Union committee, which will act as a supreme court in the settlement of the conflict between any of the five states, hosted here, in Washington DC. It is bitter to have such a great nation divided by needless fratricide, but alas the people have decided and who am I to stand against your wishes. A day might come when our great nation will reunite under a single banner but now is not the time. I wish you all prosperity and happiness, and goodbye to the once great country of the United States.
Politics
Ideologies
Verus Liberalism
Progressive liberalism pivoted by rationalism and cooperation.
Néocommunisme
Rejecting the principles of Marx, Lenin, Trotsky, Mao, and other existing communist practices, builds on the core phrase of "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs". Currently practiced in most USCI countries and even outside.
Government Overseen Standardized Template
GOST is a People's Western Republic take on the Russian ГОСТ, Government Standard. It is a resource of recipes, blueprints and other production manuals for use by productions to make uniform goods, or services. Each template is broken up into categories and even subcategories, for example A-001 is the recipe for concrete, FD-012 is the recipe for a chocolate brownie, and DC-001 is a desktop computer that is made from DCM-001 Motherboard, DCV-001 Video Card and so on.
Tampico Act
Any country within the USCI can at the flick of the pen nationalize any corporation or their assets within their borders.
Jumısşı Basqaratın Bïznes
(Worker Operated Business)JBB is a type of corporation that is run by its employees, in a manner mimicking syndicalism. The first JBB was founded by an immigrant rights union, the Фронт Права Народов (Right of People Front) in Russia, that was predominantly Kazakh. The practice took off later in Ural and Siberia, spreading later to the USCI as a whole. Even many non-USCI countries permit JBBs. The largest JBB is the USCI H&HP branch and DTNS.
Necessities Tax
In Neocommunism and Early Jointism, it is a tax applied to all working men and women that goes to funding food, water and beverages for all citizens. It's theorized to make food and water available to all, with grocery stores operating on subsidies alone, without charging people for food or drinks. While it seems idealist, it has been attempted in some regions of France and Australia, it has a long way to go, with some social scientists predicting first national implementation no sooner than 2100.
Over Time Purchase
OTP or otherwise known as Rent Purchasing or Rent to Own is a law or right in many countries, mainly those in the USCI. By OTP it is constituted that rent paid by the tenant is converted into equity, for example every time a tenant makes a payment on their rent, which is for example 250 Francs of a property worth 25000 Francs, they get 1% equity in the property, and after 100 on time payments acquire a 100% equity in the property, making them the sole owner. Different legislations and different districts handle edge cases of renting a property while having more than 50% of equity differently, for example in France, with 50% equity you become co-owner and may no longer pay rent but can continue paying 'rent' to increase equity.
Jointism
Communism reimagined from the ground-up. A belief that all should act as one, a society, ignoring social status, traits or preferences, working towards a shared goal and sharing most goods and land.
Early Jointism
A modified version of Jointism, that involves a monetary system and a Georgist Land Tax.
Prime Capitalism
A branch of Anarcho-Capitalism, developing around the 2030s, with belief that governments should be limited to a judicial body, only passing laws and putting jurisdiction in place, while the market fills the demand for civilization necessities such as utilities, law enforcement, and health care.
Incurrence
An incurrence is a bill that employees may issue to their employer, which costs a pre-agreed amount to the company that is paid to the employee and incurs a monthly fee from the employee. An employee may buy the incurrence back whenever they wish at the cost they sold it at plus ten percent.
Annual Service Fee
Companies operating in Prime Capitalist countries operate on two modes, per service payments or an annual service fee, which basically replaces taxes and can be paid from any income method, thus there is no property, land or income tax.
The 5R Plan
Revolutionary Reform Realized through Realigned Relations is a plan to gradually ban alcohol while legalizing several least harmful and recreational drugs like Cannabis, Cocaine and Mephedrone. First enacted in the Netherlands, declared successful by 2061. Mostly unknown by the public until a leak in 2072 by Octagon and followed by a barrage of studies. However too late as it had been enacted and has been successful throughout the World, most prominently, most of the Americas, majority of Europe and Africa.
China Placeholder
China ideology.
Less Centralization, More Centralization
A policy used by China in their conquests, where they sow dissent in their future potential puppets, and then step in to restore order. It doesn't fool international players, but studies indicate that during their conquest of Pakistan many citizens were relieved to see Chinese troops. This policy backfired, as the Afghani government quickly organized fake insurgencies, which China happily provided arms to, only to find their arms pointed back at them.
There Shan't Be Peace, There Shan't be War
is an Anti-Sino-Oceanic Invisible War slogan coined by Alex Hill in support of peace with the rapidly growing economy of China, mostly popular in bordering meddling states such as Iran, Primorie and Japan.
Documentation and Treaties
NAICF

Exclusively Open Carry
A law in the Free American Republic and some states within the People's Western Republic, such as Utah, Free Economic Zone of the Eastern Seaboard, such as both Carolinas, Columbia, Dakotas in particular, and even internationally, Australia (exclusively, not the Socialist Oceanic Union) for example. It allows the ownership of firearms and open carry exclusively, meaning if you have a firearm on your person it must be visible and not allowed to be concealed. If a firearm is in your residence or vehicle, gun shops and other retailers give each buyer/receiver a set of stickers to put up.
Tax Lottery
In 2081, in order to cut down on tax evasion, the Free American Republic federally legalized states to implement lottery admittance for taxpayers, as in, you can enter a lottery by presenting your filed taxes. While the project was somewhat successful, with a 12% decrease in tax evasion, it only affected lower class and some middle-class citizens, while tax evasion without the top 10% percent remained nearly unchanged.

Lore Bits
Civilian Defense Reports…
...were put into place in the Free American Republic (F.A.R.) not long after the Denver Treaty was signed in 2065 as a way to prevent any potential revolutionary groups from rising due to tensions left over from the civil war. The Marine Corps doesn’t deal with civil matters; however, their name was determined to be highly respected by the inhabitants of the Free American Republic due to the dominant military culture present throughout the country.
Civilian Defence Reports allow citizens of the Free American Republic to send any concerns they have about domestic terrorism or otherwise to a specialized division of the police, nicknamed “Door Smashers” due to their aggressive techniques. The reports can be sent either digitally or via mail, and they will be reviewed then categorized using the Potential Threat Rating (PTR) system. Once rated, they are either put straight into storage and marked as an unimportant case, or sent to the relevant squad, who then investigate and handle the threat.
The squads are mostly made up of ex-military and ex-police, but on rare occasions, civilians are also hired due to their performance during their civilian tours in third-world countries.
