A: It is recommended to go 3-6 weeks before your next sugar service.
Q: WHAT IS THE PROPER AFTERCARE FOR SUGARING?
A: After your sugaring service you will want to wait 24-48 hours before sweating, sexual intercourse, tanning (indoor/outdoor), and hot baths/showers because the pores are still open and we do not want to allow bacteria in. You will also want to exfoliate 24-48 hours after service then continue to do so 2-3x per week following with moisturizing every single day.
Q: CAN SUGARING CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SKIN?
A: No there is no risk of damage to the skin. It only adheres to dead skin cells. The sugar paste can also be easily removed after service by just a warm towel.
Q: HOW IS THE SUGAR APPLIED AND REMOVED?
A: The sugar is rolled onto the skin, seeping into the hair follicles, and applied in the opposite direction of hair growth and then removed in the natural direction of hair growth.
