All Hands on Deck! We are the Union
AFSCME is our union and has staff (lawyers, organizers), but we the workers are the union. We can build relationships and organize with our colleagues to address workplace issues and our desires as workers outside of a contact.
When it comes to building relationships, obtaining contracts for the Office and Technical and Professional bargaining units, and unionizing more Service Labor & Trades workers, every conversation is important. We need each other to meet our goals
Here you will find opportunities to build your skills and take initiative.
