2. Eligibility

AfroZen is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

3. Subscription Plans

AfroZen offers premium subscriptions with additional content and features:

• Monthly Plan

• Quarterly Plan

• Annual Plan

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store account. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your account settings. Apple or Google is responsible for billing and subscription management.

Premium subscribers will receive continuous new content and features, enhancing their experience. We actively consider user feedback to determine future additions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use AfroZen for any unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app’s functionality.

• Access or attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.

• Use the app in a way that could harm AfroZen or its users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within AfroZen, including sounds, graphics, and text, is the property of AfroZen or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfroZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

An active internet connection is required to access and use AfroZen’s features and content.
