Afroditi Anagnosti holds a PhD in Economics from the Department of Economics at the University of Piraeus, Greece. Her research focuses on the economics of innovation, with particular interests in technology transfer, intellectual property, entrepreneurship, research commercialisation, and the relationship between innovation and economic activity. She has participated in national and international research and innovation projects funded through Greek and European programmes, including projects supported by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation and the Hellenic Observatory at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences. She also has substantial professional experience in innovation management, technology transfer, and initiatives supporting entrepreneurship and the commercialisation of university research.
